Recently, we’ve heard from several longtime customers who have experienced confusion when trying to reach us.
To clarify and hopefully clear up any confusion, Finzel’s Heating & Cooling has been permanently closed since March 9, 2026. Following the unexpected closure, S. Finzel Mechanical was started as a new, separate company led by longtime former Finzel's Heating & Cooling team members and a member of the Finzel family.
If you need to reach us, please do not use the former Finzel's Heating & Cooling phone number. That number currently answers as Root's Heating & Cooling, which is based in Millington and Alpena, and is not managed by S. Finzel Mechanical.
